Luc Longley on Andrew Bogut: Lane Violation
Documentary for Hahn
Hahn is the beer for social athletes, and when the brand set out to connect with social basketball, they came to TSE to help them navigate it. What followed was a three-year strategy built around culture, community, and credibility.
At the centre of year one: Lane Violation. A 60 minute documentary that aired during prime time on ESPN during the NBA finals.
We knew that the first move had to be meaningful. Enter Luc Longley – an Aussie legend with global credibility and a genuine connection to the game. Rather than just putting him in ads, we helped Hahn use his voice to spotlight the untold stories of Australian basketball.
Lane Violation was Luc’s first time hosting a documentary, and he brought exactly what we hoped for – humour, honesty, and intelligence. The first episode focuses on Andrew Bogut, offering an unfiltered, thoughtful look at a player whose impact goes far beyond the stat sheet.
