Hahn Half Court | Half Pub

Hahn wanted to take a unique approach, looking to connect with social athletes. They identified TSE’s unique position and expertise in the Australian basketball landscape, and engaged us to develop a strategy to connect with social basketballs in an authentic and credible way.

The strategy TSE recommended was to navigate  past traditional sponsorship and approach the task by creating their own unique events, connecting directly with social basketballers and giving them a 3×3 game experience that would make them ‘feel like pros.’

TSE helped Hahn to transform an outdoor basketball court into a Hahn ‘Half Court, Half Pub,’ creating an event that no basketball lover had ever experienced. The event became the centre of a three month Hahn Summer marketing campaign.

A key part of ensuring a unique experience was the recruitment of three-time NBA Champion and Australian basketball legend, Luc Longley. Luc, who is represented by TSE, came on board as an ambassador for Hahn Summer Of Hoops and offered a larger than life presence on game day.
